Personal Info

I began my career with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science before qualifying as a Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist, working with a broad range of elite athletes, including members of the GB Athletics team. My passion for movement and lower-limb health led me to complete a Podiatry degree at the University of East London, and I’ve spent the past decade working within the NHS, supporting patients of all ages.

Outside the clinic, life is happily full with my young family and two energetic girls. I’m a lifelong skier—having lived and worked in French ski resorts, dabbled in ski racing as a teen, and spent time as a professional ski boot fitter. When I’m not in the mountains, you’ll usually find me keeping active through running, cycling, or swimming.

I understand any kind of foot and ankle problem can be frustrating and overwhelming, and I’m here to help you feel informed, supported, and moving comfortably again.Guided by research I like to treat patients with the highest quality care whether it is for routine podiatry treatment such as corns and callus or nail surgery for ingrown nails.When it comes to musculoskeletal pain, I focus on more than just short-term relief—I work to identify and treat the root causes so issues are less likely to recur.

Millie conducted a thorough investigation incl. an ultrasound scan and offered a firm diagnosis and treatment plan in only 30 mins. Whilst I would have preferred guidance on all of the aspects of treatment, I understand the limitations of an initial care plan. I would highly recommend Flawless Feet. I had three treatments with Millie after suffering knee pain for three years. I had received physiotherapy, acupuncture and osteopathic treatment, all of which helped but the pain and absence of the full range of motion persisted. Millie successfully treated my knee and after three sessions, assessed me as not requiring further treatment. She made recommendations for suitable trainers amd provided me with additional exercises to the ones issued by a physio. I am happily pain-free now and the full range of mobility has been restored. I would recommend Millie very highly. I was impressed that she did not suggest I needed further treatment or unnecessary assessments.
