It is important to us at Flawless Feet Podiatry & Laser Clinic that you are happy with the treatment and care that we give you; we believe that when you leave our practice your foot problem will be well on the way to being permanently improved.

We will recommend suitable home care regimes and treatments for you to help yourself; we carry a stock of products that are the best on the market to help with this.

We will often suggest a timescale for you to come back to see us to help optimise your foot health and treatment efficiency.

Most people will benefit from an annual foot health assessment or review and we will send you a reminder after a time if we haven not seen you in clinic.

You will also receive our regular email newsletter informing you of interesting stories, articles and offers from Flawless Feet Podiatry & Laser Clinic. You can unsubscribe from this at any point should you wish. We also promise not to share any addresses with commercial companies, as we know that your privacy is important to you.

If however, for any reason, you are unhappy with your treatment or care just let us know and we will, without any hesitation, bring you back into clinic at no cost to you to work out how we can fix the problem.

PNA/TNA Guarantee

All procedures carry a risk of failure and nail surgery is no exception, with the expected regrowth rate widely accepted as being 5%.

We guarantee our self-funding patients that we will undertake a second procedure on the same nail(s), when clinically indicated, at no extra charge.

I would highly recommend Flawless Feet. I had three treatments with Millie after suffering knee pain for three years. I had received physiotherapy, acupuncture and osteopathic treatment, all of which helped but the pain and absence of the full range of motion persisted. Millie successfully treated my knee and after three sessions, assessed me as not requiring further treatment. She made recommendations for suitable trainers amd provided me with additional exercises to the ones issued by a physio. I am happily pain-free now and the full range of mobility has been restored. I would recommend Millie very highly. I was impressed that she did not suggest I needed further treatment or unnecessary assessments.
