What Happens During Your Appointment??

During your 15-minute consultation, we will:

  • Discuss your symptoms and concerns
  • Review your medical history where relevant
  • Look  at the affected area (No hands on assesment)
  • Explain any diagnosis or likely cause of your symptoms
  • Recommend the most suitable treatment options
  • Answer any questions you may have

If treatment is appropriate and you wish to proceed immediately, we'll let you know the cost before any treatment begins and check if there is diary space to go a head.

Cancellation Policy & Appointment Reminders

Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise a fee will be charged. (An answerphone is available out of hours so it is always possible to leave a message)

You will be reminded a day or two before your appointment, as a courtesy. However your responsibility to cancel any unwanted appointment remains and a full fee will be charged if you fail to inform us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Advance Payment Policy for New Patients

Payment for this initial appointment can be made via a link which will be sent to you, or over the phone with a debit or credit card, and you will be issued with a receipt that you can collect at your appointment.

If you prefer to pay in cash then you can pay for the appointment at the clinic, providing this is in advance of the appointment.

For any subsequent appointments you simply pay on the day.

I would highly recommend Flawless Feet. I had three treatments with Millie after suffering knee pain for three years. I had received physiotherapy, acupuncture and osteopathic treatment, all of which helped but the pain and absence of the full range of motion persisted. Millie successfully treated my knee and after three sessions, assessed me as not requiring further treatment. She made recommendations for suitable trainers amd provided me with additional exercises to the ones issued by a physio. I am happily pain-free now and the full range of mobility has been restored. I would recommend Millie very highly. I was impressed that she did not suggest I needed further treatment or unnecessary assessments.
