If you hold private medical insurance with Bupa, Bupa Global, Aviva, WPA, Vitality, Simply Health, Health Shield, Healix or Westfield, your podiatry treatment at Flawless Feet can often be claimed through your policy. We are a recognised provider at our London clinics in Sydenham, Covent Garden and Croydon — and if you are insured with another company, just ask and we will help you check your cover.
How it works
Call your insurer before your appointment for an authorisation number, and check how much your policy excess could be.
Book online or by phone at our Sydenham, Covent Garden or Croydon clinics.
Bring your authorisation number and any GP/consultant referral details with you.
Where possible we invoice your insurer directly — otherwise we give you a full receipt to send to them.
Good to know: medical devices such as orthotics, and medication, are generally not covered (some international insurers may cover some of these costs); a GP/consultant referral may be required; and if your insurer does not settle the fees for any reason, you will be responsible for payment. If you cannot provide an authorisation number before treatment, you will need to pay the fees and claim them back later.

Health Shield accepted — we give you a full receipt to claim your fees back.
When your treatment is complete we will give you a full receipt which you can send directly to Health Shield and they will pay you.
Simply Health accepted — pay for your treatment, then claim back with our receipt.
When your treatment is complete and paid for, we will give you a full receipt which you can send directly to Simply Health and they will pay you.
Recognised WPA provider — in most cases we invoice WPA directly.
In most cases we can invoice your fees directly through WPA. Please call WPA on 0345 122 3100, or visit their website.
Vitality usually covers podiatry fees — pay, then claim back.
In most cases Vitality will cover your podiatry fees. However, you will have to pay for your consultation/s and then claim back your fees. Please contact Vitality before starting any treatment by visiting their website.
Westfield Health accepted — get your authorisation code, then book with us.
Please contact Westfield directly to get an authorisation code. Please visit their website.
Recognised Healix provider — in most cases we invoice Healix directly.
Please contact Healix via their website or member portal to obtain pre-authorisation before your appointment. Once authorised, we invoice Healix directly for your treatment — no need to pay upfront and claim back.
Aviva recognised provider — pre-authorise before your appointment.
To claim for treatment please call Aviva on 0800 068 3827 or members can login to their portal.
